The problem of rivets not moistureproof
In order to save the cost, many refrigerated transport vehicle manufacturers use the general open-ended rivet riveting plate which is not moisture-proof. In the whole process of the application of refrigerated transport vehicle, the moisture enters into the foamed polyurethane layer of the refrigerated transport vehicle according to the fracture surface of the bolt core, which makes the polyurethane foam layer filled with water. Because the water will swell after freezing in the refrigeration standard, the stainless steel rivet water will separate out after freezing, and the board will fuse with the foam polyurethane layer. In the whole process of long-term application, more and more moisture enters into the surface layer of polyurethane foam layer due to the continuous change of cargo compartment under the standard of cold storage and normal temperature. In the refrigeration standard, the water freezes and swells, leading to the separation of the fusion surface between the plate and the foam polyurethane layer, which leads to the reduction of the heat insulation working capacity of the cargo compartment insulation layer. The polyurethane foam layer with ice in the triple lock rivet can not be insulated, thus seriously endangering the actual heat insulation effect of the refrigerated transport vehicle. That will not only lead to the consumption of electricity and energy, but also cause some food products to mildew because of poor freezing.
